Fans Maintenance and upkeep

1. The use environment should always be kept clean and tidy, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no sundries in the inlet and outlet air outlets, and the dust and other sundries in the fan and pipes should be cleaned regularly;

2. The fan can only operate under the condition that it is completely normal, and at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable.

3. During the operation of the fan, if it is found that the fan has abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is live, the switch trips, and cannot be started, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan, and a test run should be carried out for about five minutes after the overhaul to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation;

4. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to avoid moisture on the motor. When the fan is stored in the open air, there should be defensive measures. In the process of storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan.
