Every product we ship is carefully inspected and tested to ensure quality.
However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns requested after 7 days or used/modified products are not eligible for refund.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • Our team will review your case and confirm whether the product qualifies for return or replacement.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address and reference code.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
  • Spartro is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or modified
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Do not discard the shipping materials.
  • Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the courier.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another model or specification, please contact us.
